Don’t Look Down

Don't Look Down

Today was election day (again) in Massachusetts. In my precinct you give your street name, then the number, then your name. I shouldn’t have looked down at the book. Bob’s name is right above mine and this was the first election that there wasn’t a red “X” through the box by his name when I came to vote.

About wallcough

Trying to find beauty and joy in the world around me . I am many things, among them a quilter, a knitter, and an incessant reader. There is not enough time for them all, so I jump in between them as the mood hits me. Professionally - a rabbi; a hospice chaplain.
